The Early Detection Research Network battles cancer through early detection using cancer biomarkers. Through a memorandum of understanding, it works with NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory in order to share research and technology that advances human health. The EDRN Catalog and Archive service uses JPL cataloging and archiving software tailored to cataloging and archiving biomarker data, including specimen details, specimen images, and related information.

Architecture
