ERNE Product Server for Unix

The EDRN Resource Network Exchange (ERNE) uses the OODT grid framework's product server for the exchange of specimen biomarkers. This is the product server that provides real-time access to sites' specific specimen databases. This release is for Unix, Unix-like, and Unix-based systems. Linux users may wish to use the RPM release. Mac OS X users should use the Mac OS X release.

Installation

To install the Product Server for Unix, download the compressed archive package, uncompress it, and read the INSTALL.txt file. You will need to have Java 2 Software Development Kit 1.4.2 or later on your system as well.

Your system will need to be accessible on the public Internet, and any firewall protecing your system must allow traffic listed below:
