PDS Product Servers

PDS Data Distribution is based on the OODT framework of profile and product servers and Java enterprise technologies. The product servers run at each of the PDS discipline nodes and respond to queries for data. In response, the servers look up and return PDS data, performing on-the-fly conversions, label extractions, and other processing.

The installers above include the PDS query handler, the product server framework, Web Grid, and a lightweight web server to host it all, all in a simple convenient package. If you already have a J2EE servlet-capable web server you want to use, download the PDS Web Product Server and install the web archive ( war file) into your server.
